Brook Choulet, M.D. is a board-certified concierge psychiatrist who works with children, adolescents, and adults. Dr. Choulet specializes in Performance Psychiatry™, helping busy professionals, high-achievers, and athletes at all levels optimize their mental health and enhance their performance. She received additional education in sports psychiatry through the International Society for Sports Psychiatry and completed a fellowship in child & adolescent psychiatry. Dr. Choulet is well-known for her role as the Consulting Team Psychiatry for the NBA Phoenix Suns (2021-present) and the WNBA Phoenix Mercury (2022-present). In her private practice, she has experience with treating athletes at all levels. Dr. Choulet founded Choulet Performance Psychiatry, a national brand with locations in California and Arizona. Dr Choulet has enjoyed working with active and retired athletes within the NBA, MLB, and NFL. Dr. Choulet resides in Scottsdale, Arizona and enjoys traveling and playing pickleball.
